1. Assign lines to buttons on the sets in Button Mapping.

2. Program Flexible Ringing assignments to the stations.

I have programmed 4 lines to Buttons A1 thru A4, can you walk me through the steps of assigning the ring feature to each station?

Program 54
1 for direct ring
or
2 for delayed ring
Press line keys (in your case for lines 1-4 press A1-A4 so they light)
Dial #
Dial stations you want to have these ringing for
Press *** Spkr to end

If you have a button for direct access to the line the system will not require you to dial a 9, just push the button and dial the number. If you can't get out that way without the 9 then the telco is requiring it because you have a class of service (like centrex) applied to the line by the telco.

From your earlier post you stated that you have lines 1-4 on A1-A4, as markk says if you still have to dial 9 even when you push one of those buttons then you either have them programmed wrong or you have features on your lines from the provider.
