If Port 23 (0616 System) is configured as PA port will a station user then be able to hit INTM key and DSS 23 key and cut thru directly to the PA system? This is the way I read the documentation but am not sure. Using a Bogen TPU-15A AMP and SPT-15A Speaker.

yes, all you would have to do is hit intercom 23 or a DSS/BLF button for 23
