Have a ext on a DX-80, can the ringing be extended longer than 4 rings before going to voice mail?

There is a field in mailbox setup which will control rings till vm picks up for just that ext. I'm not sure if it will work without Auto Attendant routing. The DX-80 has so many ring timers its hard to tell which one is really kicking in first.

You need to change the Pre-defined forward time. It's under Call handling, Category 3. Default is 10 seconds.
