To be quite honest, I have no clue what system we are using. The phone system has been set up in the office for years and never needed any work done to it, until just yesterday. As you said I gave you the phone type, but I could not even begin to answer on the type of system that is being used. The technician is supposed to call back with some information and I will ask him at that time.

What color is the telephone system cabinet?

You can also look on the right side of the KSU and there should be a white sticker with the system info unless it has been taken off.
