I am into the VM using the keylink software and an error message came up and said cannot go from MB 9999 to 801, new Mox does not exist. I tried to use f10 for database info and change, but I do not have their password.....any 2nd level passwords available? Please let me know if there is and if anyone could email it to me I would be ever greatful!

Hey ALL,
i was able to get into the system and rebuild the routing boxes and admin box. Works like a charm.
Thanks to everyone on the board that took the time to help out!

Nars(network alternate routing service)/Bars (Basic alternate routing service). It has to do with dialing plans, NPA's, NXX's, least cost routing, and any other dialing plan on switch, or how it is networked with other switches.
