How can the "main" message be reinstalled on a dx80 HD VM? When the UCD group pointing to the voicemail is called it disconnects immediately after the port answers the call. I have been told the main greeting or message has been deleted. Can a "reinstall" or "rebuild" of the main greeting be done via a DET or must it be done via PC/laptop?

you can go in and rerecord the message in the routing box.

If you know the supervisor box number default its 70.

Then you can go in and rerecord the greeting for that routing box. default the routing box plays greeting 0.
