After trying the suggestions, thanks to all that responded, I found out from one of the "administrators" of the system that all of the mailboxes on the system were deleted including the admin. Is there any way to get into the VM to reset the admin mailbox or rebuilt it? No matter what ext 157 through 164 I dial, I see a the ext on the display and and below it displays cbck and msg, then the HD beeps once and the call is released. This all happens in about a 1-2 second time frame. The ucd group 433 has these ext in it. Does anyone know of another way to get into the VM to start anew?
