HELP! I recently installed an FXII in a town with an Erickson CO switch and have a ROYAL pain in the rump. Occasionally, after hanging up from a conversation (Inbound or Outbound) the line will ring back to the system, with no caller there. I have changed every piece of equipment on the premises. I have two clients (directly across the street from one another) and with different equipment, it happens to them both on particular lines (which are associated with the same magazine at the CO). The CO has removed 3 way calling, and I have worked with Erickson's TS and the local CO rep from Qwest and still cannot reach a resolution. Appreciate ANY input from similar experiences. Thanks

I assume we are talking analog co lines.
I would make sure disconnect supervision is turned on. This is a per line setting.
Also make a call from a direct appearing line on the system and have the person on the other end hang up but you stay on the line. If your line does not drop then you are not getting a disconnect from the telco.
are they centrex?

Got the CO to change to a different magazine in thier equipment, problem cleared. VERY DIFFUCULT TO FIND!! The magazine may have a bad power supply or shelf, according to the CO technician I spoke with today.
