Got one in a motel that the crt went dead on. Replaced the terminal, they said everything was OK, could check in/out rooms, rooms could make calls... They called back later and said that they can't set wakeups on 9 out of 30 rooms. Also, spkr button is lit constantly on front desk phone, when you push the button the display shows 'do not disturb'. Also, hold and itcm buttons flash alternately. The front desk phone works fine other than the weird lights. Any suggestions? this customer is about 3 hours away.

junkman you asked for it - upgrade that switch to later technology !! Have you tried to power down the switch for 5 minutes and then power it back up. That use to be tech supports primary fix for those switches. But seriously Mr Patel needs to invest in some newer equipment.
