I need help, seems like the VTD terminal program is not working and I do have a db32s that i can program from and my question is how to unprogram a button on a 6714 the b1 goes to ext 11 and pages that phone and I want to program it to be line.
sorry if I am new to this. also the master clear does not seem to work and wonder what i am doing wrong. I do a itcm xxxxxxxxxx and i seem to have all the settings i had before. the system is a 1432b

Did you just add that phone? I'm pretty sure the 67xx series sets are not compatable with the 1432B KSU.

Yes I know the phones will work I have another system that is the same model and it works fine with these phones. Also I do have station 10 and 11 hooked up and can page each phone fine. but the vdt terminal will not work on this unit , and not sure how to clear out old settings on this unit using the outdated manual I have.
