Help I have a dx 80 system and don't know how to turn off a ringer at just one extension. Can this be done without paying the phone people to come out and do it. Our office is set where some ring and some don't and now someone wants theirs to stop ringing. Help I've searched the manuals and can't find anything. I've turned down the volume ringer and it still rings.

You will need to take that extension out of the CO line answering position, or depending how it was set up, out of the UCD groups member section. ------------------ | Telephone Systems | Voice & Data Cabling

This is installer level programming. Do you know if your system has a modem and what software level is in it? I might be able to do it for you remotely. I could walk someone through by phone also. Email me if you like. I have my email in my profile, you should too! Mark
