Welcome to the board.
Which Comdial phone system and voicemail do you have?
You will be best served to call a Comdial Tech in to train you on how to perform the supervisory functions neccessary for normal upkeep of the system. Take good notes and you will only need him once, then you will be able to do it yourself.
If you contact me directly, I might be able to help with phone or remote access support. Mark
