we have a comdial system using 6414 phones. There are 5 phones on the system but one of them won't automatically answer when picked up.....the line must be pushed after picking up. I'm sure it's a programming issue but don't have any manuals on how to change it. help please !!

You need to assign Ringing Line Preference to that station. On the right side of the KSU you will find a white sticker with your system model #. You can then get a manual by clicking the Manuals button at the top of this page.

40 bucks is cheaper then a service call and you'll be able to do other programming if necessary.
