I have only installed a few of these systems. I have a customer that wants 3 exts in shop to ring on only line 9 & when the main office is not open (ie: before 8 am). After the office opens they do not want the line to ring in the shop. Do I use the night ring to turn this function on & off?

Yes. And you can programm a Day/Night button with the feature code plus the password so it can be one touch between day, Alt, Time and night. You could also use "time Switching" which will make the change automatically based on the time you program in, then set the day/Night to "Time". Mark ------------------ Reliable Telephone Service
