We are having troubles find a good company to service, support and setup our Comdial DSU II J1632 and Comdial VVP system. We also have a Tapit call reporting systems that is integrated into the system as well as a proMOH system.
I am having trouble properly configuring the VVP system for proper call distribution and MOH setup. Can anyone help or refer me to someone?

1. Have you tried www.comdial.com? Check out the dealers in your area. 2. Have you tried the INSTALLER link on this site---go to California--then do a search. If there isn't a dealer in Union City, maybe there's one close by. There are many Comdial techs on this board, I'm sure one will answer your request soon. Good Luck.
