Thanks to those who have responded to my last two questions regarding this VM. It has been a great help - everything is working great. I do have one last question about it though. If a person dials any extension directly from the auto attendant, they do get transferred correctly, but if that extension does not answer, the caller gets routed back to the auto attendant main greeting rather than the extension's mailbox. The VM is set to a supervised transfer mode. Does the person have to dial the mailbox extension (9xxx) from the auto attendant greeting manually, or is there a way to set it up that the caller is routed to the extension mailbox when the extension doesn't answer?

Try function 350, rerout ring no answer.
