Has anyone successfully incorporated the interchange voicemail with unified messaging on the DXP platform running 17D software. I will also need to incorporate the Call center software on this setup. Any help or previous experience will be greatly appreciated.

Comdial will not support installing the 12.0 Call Center on anything other than a FXII running at least software release 195.02. I have tried to interface a DXP Plus with it with terrible results. Not all of it was the fault of the DXP but it became more time and money trying to get it to work with considerable support from Comdial. Once we replaced the system with a FXII things went considerably smoother.

Curious why it does not work with a DXP. If you did not use the serial integration I dont see why it would be different than any other Vmail. As far as unified messaging, that really has nothing to do with the phone system.

Well that would be my thoughts on the matter, having worked on and for Comdial for years I never saw any real differences in the functionality between the DXP and FX systems. But comdial tells me all of the CTI features will not work using a DXP, My feeling is they are trying to sell a new FX-II system.

I did not read the call center part you were also wanting. That I could see being an issue.
