I have a customer who constantly complains that sometimes they cannot transfer to single line phones and other times the call just drops for no reason. Any ideas besides like Comdial they just say hummm thats strange

Talk to BigDog about turning on blackbox. Have the customer write down the time on the display and and hit ***** on an intercom call for a quick marker. The blackbox should tell all.
