Anyone have any experience with predictive dialer installation on a Comdial platform? Customer has FXII but looking to upgrade to MP5000 and wants up to 30 seats to dial out for account collections. Predictive dialer installation was done on a Comdial platform for True Green. All True Greens are on 12A7 software. Thats not a standard release but newer versions of software should work fine. You should be able to check-out the Pred. Dial. at a near-by location.
