When we receive an incoming call into the HUB (FXII) and transfer the caller to node site (DXP) we have a echo that makes it difficult to hear.
At the node site they have been calling the caller back and the call is then clear.
Phone system have software version 17B.
Where should I look first?

Agree with BigDog.. adjust the network tie channels to a loss 2 then try the call again. ------------------ Business Phone Systems

Not to sound like a simpleton, but have you tried rebooting (ie: unplugging the AC power for one or both systems and allowing them to restart?)
I have witnessed this kind of thing with other brands of systems and with circuit problems, like slips, they just never connect well until after a reset.
The fact that employees are able to return calls and they are clear is likely due to the fact that their outgoing calls are over local lines at that system. The incoming calls are hitting the host system and passing over the inter-system tie.
Just an idea.
