I am having a problem adding a 2nd console to a station. Each time I login I have to go back to that station and change the phone type to 48 button console. Then add it under consoles installed for the station. After logging out and back in, it is removed from the consoles installed list and listed as a digitech phone under it's own station programming.

What type of phone is it being associated with? I am assuming you are clicking "Console: Yes", and then selecting the port that the console is on? ------------------ | Signal Communication Systems - Fresno, CA | | Telephone Systems, Voicemail Syste... & Data Cabling - Central Valley, CA

The phone is an SCS 8324 that already has a working console. Just trying to add another SCS IBX 48.

I think I got it. I reset and it now maintains the fact that port is a console.
