I want to be able to set certain extensions to ring or not ring on incoming calls. I've spent some time looking through the forums for the answer, but I've not found it. Thanks in advance for your help -

This is a technician-level program. You would have to get an installer to do it, or be familiar and comfortable about programming the phone system from either a laptop or the phone. Doing it from the laptop is by far easier than doing it from the phone, in my opinion.
