I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with the new wireless Plantronics CS50 headsets not giving a beep when a new call arrives at a station. I'm trying to install these on 8024's and 8324's and the mic doesn't seem to pick up the ring when they are away from the desk. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a FXII 17d system. Thanks, Darren

Thanks for the info, but I found out that this doesn't even work in Comdial's call center. Go figure!

Oh, and by the way. I can't get those old hl-1 lifters anymore from my supplier. Plantronics makes a new hl-10 lifter that leaves much to be desired.
