I am installing a keyvoice 8.2 on a DXP with 8.B software.....Is there anyway when you have a message and hit call that the keyvoice can ask you for a password instantly....Appreciate any help.

Create a speed dial on the phone on one of the buttons. For example, if the 1st port of vmail is extension 501, and you're on extension 100, then the speed dial macro would be "ITCM 501#100". That way, the vmail answers, and receives the # key to get to the prompt.

Good Luck!
