I am wanting to add another phone line to our system. I have a comdial DSU II phone system. This also has voicemail. I was wanting some help on this. Can something like this be done by remote or do you have to have a computer hooked up to this system?

Sounds like you're trying to save a buck! On the user difficulty scale of 1 to 5 this is a 5. Call a local vendor.

Yes, there are a number of programming steps involved for button mapping, ringing, and how voicemail handles calls to this line. If you need a local vendor check the installers link at the top of this page.
