I have a Comdial system that it will recive phone calls then before it transfers you to the ext, it up and hangs up on ya. I tried all the installers in this area and all of them are gone. Was wanting some one if at all posable to give me a jingle if they would. The system numbers are J1362 R:E

Start at the beginning. A call comes in and is answered by a voicemail auto attendant or a warm body?
And then what?

During transfer the call is put on hold. Test your lines by pressing a line key, and put it on hold when you hear dialtone. If the line stays on hold the line is OK. If the lines drops you have weak line current and need to call the Telco.
