I added a second phone in our cashier's office so two people can answer incming calls, but I am not sure what programming needs to be done so both phones ring when a customer calls in. I have a DXP system with feature set 16A, release #180.

That will need to be programmed in VMMI for that station to ring on the CO lines you want to ring there.
