I have an FXT system with a 11.0 Interchange. The vmail key works great, but while in the voicemail in the lcd you have the save, delete, next softkeys available to you. Well, you can see the features, but when you press the button they do not work. Any ideas?

Thought this was a 10.0 or 10.1 issue. Reboot then check. If the reboot doesn't fix I seem to remember an IMOK or vm.cfg fix to this. Have to think about it...

If the FXT is rls 15 I believe you have an IMOK line mod to fix this issue.

What is an imok? I have searched everything on the vertical/comdial site, and there is no information for the 10.3.
