I had my comdial system crash about a month ago. when I contacted the phone company they came out for about a hour and kind of got it back up and running. When I called them again they told me the best way to get everything back to the way it was was to play with the system. They gave me a dongle for the com port and about 15min of explainging what not to do. Now I got the system back they way it should be but There are two stations I am having problems with. they only ring for a breif sec and then just flash. I am by far a expert on this phone system. Can any one can help me figure this out.

Your ringers are turned off on those phones. While the phone is idle and the handset down press the volume up button.
