Anybody ever see a 7243 voicemail for dx80 that keeps reseting as soon as it boots (I'm talking about every 20 seconds)? Unfortunately, its my test board thats messing up, so I can't compare anything....

Isn't the 7243 a flash VM? Possibly a corrupted load on the flash??? I would maybe try reloading the image for that flash and see if it corrects the problem. I think I had one that kept rebooting when the load didn't go right, was the wrong load, or was corrupt.

The 7243 is the older voice mail with a hard drive; the 7271 is the flash card version.
I've tried another hard drive to no avail.

Is this the same one where your Ghost file was bad?

Nevermind. I just went back and looked and saw that was a 7270.

Possibly the hard drive size is an issue with this one? I'm just going from a comment in the topic re: the 7270.

The 7243 is a hard drive vm and was the first VM for the DX80. All the installs that i've done with the old 7243 are now giving me problems. Not a very long life-span.

Yeah, same here. In fact, we just got one back from repair for a drive replacement.
