Hello, ALL!
OK, here's the situation that is perplexing me to no end:
FX-II with 17D/195 software...VOIP-L board...512K for bandwidth at the switch end. Setting the phone up internally is no issue-everything works as it should. However, when set-up offsite, the phone comes up (after setting IP/network info), the DSS keys light and I can use the keys to call stations, I have fully functioning display, and...the unit rings when called, but NO audio! None. Has anyone else had these issues? Any ideas???

Your UDP ports are being blocked. Make sure your port 2076,2077 are open for UDP and 2078 for TCP.

Can this be moved to the Comdial forum? I think if I were searching for something like this, I would be searching specifically in the Comdial forum, as opposed to a general VOIP forum.
