Does anyone know the minimum software level you need to install an interchange vm on a DXP so that you get all the integration features? I've gotten 3 different answers from Comdial now.

I thought it started at 10. On the newer Interchange systems (12+) You need to have 17 on the DXP. Same as with FXT. We ran into this when a DOS voice mail went out and we installed a new Interchange 12.0 and it just would not work. We had 15C on the FXT.

Visual Voice mail Support came in at 11b switch software. That should be the serial integration if thats what your asking about.
Thats right out of the software hardware matrix on line.
What level software Interchange are planning to install. The doc's on the Interchange usually reference what switch software you need.

I also found in the Integration file that that 11b is referenced.
1.4 Required Integration Software The recommended minimum level of software for the DXP/DXP Plus is 11B.
Thats out of TB11

Thanks for the help. I'll just upgrade it to 17c. FYI you should also make sure that the CPU is Rev. E or later.
