connect with a laptop and get a class of service print to screen for station 10 and the VM station ports. Then you will be able to see whats ringing where. How can you call it to test if you had the telco foward it? mark

dtmf, I don't mean to be confused, but you said, Go to the "stations menu" - by that I thought you meant via my connected laptop & the programming system. So, I did the following: Station C.O.S. Programming 1. Set Up a Station ( Using a Model Station ) 2. Assign Name to Station 3. Assign Station to Department 4. Assign Station to SOHVA Group 5. Line/ Intercom Features 6. Ringing Assignment 7. Button Mapping 8. Toll Restriction Administration 9. Automatic Busy/ RNA Call Forwarding 10. Miscellaneous Feature Programming 11. Speakerphone Coefficients 12. Return To Previous Menu
Enter Selection: 6
Ringing Assignment
1. Personal Ringing Tone 2. Day Ringing 3. Night Ringing 4. Distinctive Ringing/ ATI 5. Return To Previous Menu
Enter Selection: 2
Day Ringing
1. Enable Day Direct Ringing 2. Disable Day Direct Ringing 3. Enable Day Delayed Ringing 4. Disable Day Delayed Ringing 5. Return To Previous Menu
At that point, I choose 1, then and it asked for a line & a station. But it still didn't work.
Did I totally misunderstand you?

Ed, thanks. I might do that for the weekend. Mark, I test the call forwarding from my cell phone. Plus, when I do it, we get all our calls. As for COS... I just did a print of the data, but while in the system line programming, I saw "Setup a line with a model line"... so, I did that. programmed line 1 with model line 2. it "seems" to have worked, but I'm still skeptical. Hopefully, I'll post back in a little bit and I won't be crying in my drink Chris

-------------------------------------------------- If you choose 1 you are giving it Day Direct Ringing, you need to take it off not on. If it is already Direct you changed nothing.
