DX-80 4 port flash. At nite, customer would like to have a very simple message--"You've reached xyz company. We are now closed. To leave a message please stay on the line." After waiting 1-2 seconds & dialing no digits--caller is to go directly to 101's mailbox--no ringing at the extension. Question---how can I do this? I have gon into RB 801 and made everything I could think of go to 101---but it's going to the extension rathewr than directly to VM box. Trans.txt ?? programming?? It's almost like---an answering machine would serve them better. Appreciate any direction.

Make it go to a mailbox with no transfer that auto forwards to X101 mailbox.

Set-if no digits dialed- enter mailbox #, create this mailbox as no transfer, than auto forward all messages to ext. 10 for notification from the new mailbox.
