I installed DX-80 F39 PC-DBS software on another laptop running Windows XP SP-2 and kept getting a database incompatible with operating system error.
Comdial tech note says there is an issue if your SP-2 not running multi-language pack. Solution is to install the multi-language pack OR download Comdial's A39 PC-DBA app.

Hey TX, is there a question in there? We did cover this awhile ago, I've had to use the A39. Do you know where to get the multi language pack? I'll have to google it.
