Greetings,
We have a DXP on 17D software.
Is there an elegant way to setup a button on a BLF console that our operator could use to alert a group of people that there is trouble at the reception desk?
The key needs are: - easy to find by an operator under duress... - easy for the group being alerted to understand the issue at hand.
Thanks in advance, -jeremy

This might be available by customizing a message and then create a pilot number with the assigned extensions so it can be sent. In theory, it might work.

Or, How about putting the extension numbers to be alerted in a page group, hit programmed dss key to call the page group and make your HELP! announcement.
