Well said Mark. How come everybody wants to know how to do everything for free? Why are we answering these technician questions. The customer should be going to the company that installed the system or the local cert. Comdial dealer. What do you think?

I know how to do it, we got this forum clicking with everyone on the same page. The real telephony techs don't get upset, they send an email with there certs and qualifications and we help them off line, usually for a fee if it takes more then a few minutes. It's all way better then it was a year ago. We're getting there. :toast: Mark
