I know how to set up Voicemail boxes but I dont know how to make them available to clients who call in. I dont know how to have the auto attendant active after specific number of rings. any help would be appreciated.

That's tech level programming involving the integration between the VM and the telephone system. Even without knowing what phone system you have, I can tell you that it won't be easy for someone with very little telephony background to figure out. And there isn't enough room on this board to explain all that is involved. Depending on what you have and what you want, one of us mods might be able to help you by phone, for a time charge. Mark

This is for a trained Comdial tech. The end user should not be doing this. Call in someone who does what they are doing and pay them for the service. Just my 2 cents
