Here it is: Executech E60 system with 6614 sets. Don't have the exact model number but these sets have a Monitor button as opposed to Speaker. The speakerphone works fine for Internal calls but not for External. User is making conference calls and can hear the other people but they cannot hear him. Direct call to one external number has same result.
I'm thinking this system/sets are either internal (Monitor button) speakerphone capable or Extenal (speaker button) capable but not both????
Thanks! Tom

Just because it does hands-free on intercom does not mean it is a speakerphone.

The 6614 phones are not full speaker phones unless they have a s or t after the number (example 6614S-PG) otherwise they only work on intercom calls

Even on intercom calls, they only work one way, the calling party must establish the call from the handset. Mark

Thanks for the replies all. Checked em out and they are 6614PG and I will take a PG-s and put it in place and test. I'm sure that will fix it for this guy....Blue
