hmm.. some of the phones in the system do not pick up the CO line when the phone is picked up? You have to manual press the line button to connect. Is it a problem with the UCD. Ive tried to find this help in the manual, but havent been able to come up with anything.

well this is when there is a caller calling in. When I pick up the phone it just stays on the extension number and not picking up the CO line where the call is coming in.

If you want technical assistance for a fee, send me a PM and I'll clear up your problems. End users are not entitled to tech level programming tips and support. It is clearly stated in the "how to use this forum thread" which I asked you to read on your first post; that we provide support for user programable issues, you need installer status for tech support. Your posts have made it clear that you are not a telephone tech. Try to remember that most of us have spent a lot of money on training and make our living knowing how to do this stuff.
