Greetings
We're running a DXP on software 17D with Keyvoice DOS 8.1.
We'd like to allow our operator to transfer to a routing box. So far no dice. I've attempted setting up station hunting for the routing box number, and while this trick works for vmail boxes that don't exist as an extension on the switch, it does not work with a routing box.
Instead of landing in the routing box the caller is sent to the opening greeting on the voicemail.
Help appreciated. Thanks in advance,
-sid

Try this; on your main greeting, enter the routing box number you want as one of the menu choices (like 5 = 805) then when you want to send someone there, transfer to the first VM port and dial that menu choice and hang up. Seems like that should work. Mark
