Are you sure that even applies to calls ringing via a UCD group?

If the ringer is turned all the way down (off) it will get one short ring (and a beep is one of the possible ring tones) on an incoming call. Busy ring allow/deny feature works when ringing through a co ring assignment or a ucd assignment, but if the phone is idle, it's not busy so that wouldn't be it. Could be volumed down to off though.

It appears that station 104s owner (relatively new employee--9 months) has been, at times, putting a caller on hold--then trying to park them. No one in the organization puts anyone on hold--because only the Support/Attendants have line appearances ---so those callers were on hold until someone happened to pick them up or they just got tired of waiting and hung up. 104 thought that they were parked. She then was getting a hold reminder after 1 minute---but never looked in her display ---and the phone kept beeping(reminding) until (I guess) the caller hung up.

I also think there were issues with:
1. Headset mode being enabled and On/Off (headset)key being on--and she did not have headsets on her head.
2. Volume key being set at "0" for ringing.
In othere words--no ringing when idle or a "beep" when she was off hook.

Thanks, guys, for the input.
