I need to setup a mailbox to directly forward to outside phone number when system transfer to the mailbox.

That will require technician level programming. Contact your vendor. It would be to complicated to talk you through it on this forum. Someone with a thorouh understanding of the telephone and voicemail system database will be required.

Thanks. However, my system is stand alone. No one can help to program. I have done some research on the system. I think I can do it through little help. Anyone can tell me where to program the function and simple steps ? Thanks.
