Hi,
I need to setup a mailbox to directly transfer/forward to outside phone number when caller coming and system transfer to the mailbox.

To set up a mailbox that you describe; it would be wise to contact your local / nearby dealer. Try the "Installers" link at the top of this page. Setting up mailboxes with advanced routing and forwarding features is best left for a technician. He/she will also be able to set this up and show you how to best use the new features. This is much faster and cost effective than trying to figure everything out on a messageboard. Good luck.

First people will need to know what type of voice mail you have, that way we can say if it is even possible or not. Like the above poster said though, this would probobly be best preformed by a technician with knowledge of your type of systems.
