Couple things needed here...
Can you fill out any more information in your profile? Hard to tell what type of user you are.
Also, what is the Comdial Impact KSU? Do you know which model? If not, can you provide some information from a sticker on the side, or describe what it looks like?
Which password needs to be reset?
One more thing...do you have a remote programming modem connected up to the KSU?

The system is a impact DSU, need to reset system password or default the complete system

PAsswords are not posted on the open board and backdoor passwords are not shared by the dealers. If you connect a modem to the system, and contact 5Y&C or a comdial mod we can call in and reset the password. The other options are, contact comdial and they will do it for you the same way (for a substantially higher fee)or disconnect the cap that holds up the memory.
A request on the letterhead of the business signed by someone in authority is also usually required. We would also verify the request by phone.
