Does anyone know what a Comdial Impact DSU needs from a voice mail to turn a MWI light on and off. Am installing a Active Voice Reception to it and Comdial Impact isn't listed in voice mail as an intergration choice.

Moved to this forum from General. It is much more likely to get an answer here.

Also, Impact would not be there as a choice as the Impact phones can run on several different systems. Have you looked for Comdial DSU or Comdial G0408 (assuming it is a DSU and not a DSU II) in the integration notes?

Use ,*3,X to turn MWI light on and ,#3,X to turn off.
In the Active Voice Personell Message Notification section, set the Lamp Number to correspond to the extension for that subscriber.
If you don't have Comdial Integration for the Active Voice you are going to have other issues besides MWI with call transfer, etc. Try any of the Comdial integrations you have to see if you get the functionality needed. If don't have any Comdial systems listed in the setup, PM me and we'll look at the coding.
