Have to move Comdial System Dated 11/04 w/ Serial #720100K240XXXX. Will this model accept a PRI Card? If unable to find Model from serial # can it be displayed on LCD Phone?
Thx

No it won't. That's a DX80 KSU.

RBF~ Thanks for the quick response, Subscriber is relocating to a different exchange and their carrier said they could port all existing lines over if they went w/ T1. System is REV 6D guess it is still no go.....

2 Connect -- Check with the carrier I know that there are some out there that can bring it in the building as a t-1 then break out the individual channels as 1mb for your use on the dx-80.

Yes, you can easily have the T-1 with a channel bank. We have done this many times with the DX-80. Usually the carriers will provide them for a small monthly fee or at no charge.
As a side note, the DX-80 will have a T-1/PRI card in the not too distant future, but you will most likely have to upgrade to the new cabinet when it comes out to accept the T-1 card. Basically, from what I am told, you can use the same cards and phones as your DX-80, but the new cabinet has more power, can expand larger, and can have that T-1 card.

The new cabinet is out (DX120) and accepts PRI or T-1 and also is backword compatible with dx80 phones and cards. Mark

As stated above, you have (2) choices if you go the T1 route. a) have the carrier install a channel bank b) upgrade the KSU to a DX120 with a T1 card
