Turn off ARS first, dial local number, see if it rings, then try a long distance number, chances are one will not work. If this is true. check the called and calling party number (boards menu, ISDN PRI boards) you might need to set both to national, which is not a default setting. Now that the switch needs to be sending 10 digits. now try local call with the area code first and a long distance call, if both work, you will need to modify digits so local inserts the area code first on local only. turn ARS back on and test.

This PRI has been in for quite a while now. Local and LD calls work fine with ARS turned off.
