After doing more testing I'm not sure that our fax server software is capable of the DID (it's an old version). As this isn't a necessary right now, but was more of a convenience, I put it on the back burner.
We are getting ready to make some big changes around here and a new fax server will probably be included in that. I'll be going with Faxback, if we do upgrade our server.
Our current fax software is VSI-FAX 4.0 (running on SCO Openserver). The reason we have stayed with VSI-FAX is because it runs on SCO and *knocks on wood* we don't have any problems with it.
