The Debut works very well and they can still be purchased. ESI's Voiceworks16 with DSU integration does a good job, too and I have one on the shelf! If you need voice mail line id stay with Comdial brand.

If this is a DSU (not DSUII) and it has software earlier then 17 (I think, might be 20) then you need to upgrade to get some features or use an older Voiceworks.

We've gotten Line ID to work with the Voiceworks16. Use xx2 or xxx2 as the VM ID. If you need it to go to a specific ID branch, you can send it to an info box, record a second of silence, and fwd that info box to the appropriate ID branch.

Need Help Guys. I am novice. Have a DSU "I" black box with software version 20A. I have a DVA box and managed to record a message on it. Can't get auto attendant feature to function. I need it where outside callers would be greeted by DVA and dial department code. Can you please help? willing to pay too. Thanks in advance.
